Yoga by Sea


Do yoga by the sea. Move your body along the firm sand and the glistening waves, while the ocean air soothes your heart and mind. All problems and worries will vanish as you, like a child, surrender to the joy in freedom of movement, spontaneous and wonderful. Stand on your head, let your limbs soar and dance in the open breeze felt only upon the edges of the great blue. Allow the seriousness of life to float away as you embrace fluidity and stream of consciousness-inspired motion. Touch the earth, feel the hot sand beneath you, and relish in the steady waves ebbing and flowing against the seeming permanent nature of things ~
